If you would like to purchase in stock items (not customized) for your Affiliate, you have several payment options:

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
NOTE:  Your credit card statement will state "National Premium" as the merchant.

            Open Account Billing

To be set up with an Open Account, contact us to fill out a credit application.  Orders must be placed via credit card until Net Terms are setup. support@habitatstoreonline.com

Check or Money Order

If you would prefer to pay with a personal Check or Money Order by mail, please call us at 1-866-395-6124 for arrangements.
